Every visit at 3DPT is led by a doctor of physical therapy who works with you directly, from your first evaluation through your last session.
Physical Therapist, Owner
Steven earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 2003 and has been practicing since that year.
Originally from Central Arkansas, he moved to Siloam Springs in July of 2013 with his wife, Tabitha, and their two children, and took over the services offered at 3D Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health
Kim earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and practiced in Colorado for eight years before joining 3DPT in June of 2016, after moving to the area with her husband, Paxton, and their two children.
She specializes in pelvic health therapy and earned her CAPP certification in 2017 for treating patients with pelvic disorders. Kim enjoys running, swimming, cycling, and being an active promoter of healthy lifestyles.
Physical Therapist, Orthopedics
Paxton earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and practiced in Colorado for eight years before moving to the area with his family. He joined 3DPT in 2018.
He has worked across a variety of physical therapy settings and specializes in evaluating and treating orthopedic issues. In his free time, Paxton enjoys running, cycling, making pizza, and wood working.
All three of our providers are certified through Kinetacore for Trigger Point Dry Needling, a technique used to release tight muscle knots and ease pain as part of a larger treatment plan.
Office Manager
Lidia has handled the clerical needs of 3DPT since 2016. Originally from Puerto Cortez, Honduras, she moved to Siloam Springs in 2014 with her husband and two children.
She can assist with scheduling and answer questions about payment options and insurance benefits, and she is glad to help Spanish-speaking clients.
